Namaste to all gardeners and plant lovers!
I don't know after how many months so many flowers have bloomed on my jasmine (Gajra) plant. The last time I saw so many flowers on this plant was probably four or five months ago. Then there came a time when it seemed as if this plant was about to die. Like all other plants, I also gave it good organic fertilizer and timely watering. But still in the recent summer, this and many other plants were almost dying due to those days of extreme heat when there was no humidity in the atmosphere and despite the roots having sufficient water and fertilizer, the leaves started burning in the sun.
But then this miraculous rainy season started in which the raindrops bring a tremendous boost in the growth of plants. Believe me, I have especially monitored the growth of many of my plants and have found that for eight to ten months of the year, the plants grow at a similar speed and at this time of the year, during the rainy season, the growth of the plants suddenly gets a boost.
And it is because of that boost that my jasmine plant has blossomed in the last one week, and the flowers are blooming continuously. Every day, my wife plucks some flowers from it and puts them in her hair. On the first day, I forbade her to do this, but then the next day, my heart was filled with joy after seeing more new flowers. Now I just hope that some of my other dried plants also become green again in these rains.
