Hello Hive folks and Draw A Day community!
We are starting a new kind of art contest, and this one is all about worldbuilding.
Instead of just drawing a scene, we are inviting you to help us imagine and shape a world.
The world of the Forest Folk
You will get a series of prompts, and each one will ask you to design something that the forest folk use or see — like their homes, tools, maps, or even creatures they live with.
This is a way for us to build the world together through art and imagination.
All art styles are welcome — digital or traditional, beginner or advanced.
There will be HIVE prize for the winner. Also, every like or upvote helps grow the prize pool, so we invite all Hivers and Draw A Day members to support the entries and help the contest grow.

Worldbuilding is the process of creating an imaginary world. It’s where you design what the world looks like, how the people live, what they eat, how they speak, what creatures roam the land, and what their homes, tools, or maps look like. In this contest, we will build the world of the Forest Folk — little beings who live in harmony with nature. Through your art, we will explore their lives and help shape their world together.
