Twenty plus minutes later here is the garden plant I made for my participation in the #5daysofdrawing and in this theme , plants. My idea is a bulb that you plant on the ground but since this is intergalactic I made a crystal bulb that will grow into a plant bearing crystals. Right now it is a bulb contained in its pouch the two holes will soon grow leaves which will become the arms right now it has two little podia already. I used the same space theme that I love from my previous drawings and it still works just fine.
This is the first draft I made it does not look anything about plants. So I traded the stars and planets with water falling from the space then removed the cloud like forms below and drew a ground from which something may sprout like a plant. I defined further the horizon by adding some low valleys and some plants I think this is more in the theme now.
Scratch art, as the name suggests, involves etching or scratching away a surface to uncover a hidden image or design. It's an excellent avenue for experimenting with various colors and textures. Plus, it's a remarkably calming and therapeutic activity.
The beauty of scratch art lies in its freedom from rigid rules.
