Day 1: Pimble Parch
After having been inspired by Nubble who is what I call the genesis of this collection, I am now able to dress him up and give him a new character which is now a separate character I will call Pimble Parch. Could he be posh traveler? a bear who loves to journal?
Look:
I am thinking cozy and warm so I made this bear a warm brown coat trimmed with frosty blue fuzz, cozy but dignified and I retained that blue bow from the genesis template. I thought a snug red wool cap that is hand-knitted would complete his look. His eyes are thoughtful, like he’s always noticing something and writing it down on his small journal.
Lore:
Pimble keeps the records of Needlewick (that is the name of the small town the bears are from). Shipments, planting schedules, the birthdays of everyone in town. He’s the one neighbors visit when they’ve forgotten a date or an important detail. You’ll usually find him walking quietly or sitting by the docks or in the corner of Marnie’s café, writing in his journal.
Special Object:
You've guessed it, a leather bound journal with brass clip. The pages are full of little sketches of town life, and the occasional tea drips from his afternoon tea.
This bear has been transformed and I will continue until I made five of them. Watch out for day 2. Notice I mentioned about Marnie's cafe above? I might feature her next.
If you want you can also do your own threadkin five can't wait to see your entries.
