With so much Positivity and enthusiasm attached to starting a business and the perspective everybody is viewing it as a way of escaping poverty, the number of new businesses in our society or generally around the world has skyrocketed I must say. Now let's see it this way, the truth of the matter is a lot of us want to be business owners. That feeling of ownership can't be denied as every one of us also desire so have our business instead of working under someone. Now I am not disputing that fact as it is a great idea.
As much as it is a great idea, we should look at it from this perspective. Why is it at the end of the day, the majority of those businesses started didn't get to the top? Now the mistake many people made which I also made when starting a business is they don't put in the necessary arrangements needed for the growth and development of the business. Some just rush to start a business probably because of the trend of that particular business or probably because they heard their fellow counterparts started their own business and ia n a few months already rich, this propels some to start a business. When starting a business there are some things you should first take note which I will be listing below and some questions you need to answer to yourself
(1). Why do you want to start that Business??
Now like I said, it is not enough to just have a mere desire to start a business. The truth of the matter is what is the motive behind starting the business? Do you have the right motive towards the business? Why there is a need for you to have the right motive and reasons to start the business is that when the business is facing tough times, you can still keep going. The motive can still keep you going irrespective of whatever it may be. What is your plan for that business, what. Where do you want to see that business in the next 5 or 10 years to come? What is the vision you have for that business and many more?
Many people just want to start a business but what is the reason for starting that business, there are no tangible reasons attached to it. In the end, emotional passion can't sustain the business
(2). What is that Business??
After you have successfully answered the first question, now the next one is to ask yourself. What is that particular business? Now this needs thorough brainstorming. You don't want to start a business that you did not have passion for because, in the end, it might not be sustained. You need to search for a business that even though it might have been popular, can still bring our uniqueness to that business.
You don't just start a business because everybody is starting a business. That will be one of the greatest mistakes you will make. If you don't have a passion for the business you are starting, how can it be sustained? And when I mean passion, I am not talking about just the mere desire to make money from the business, no it goes beyond that. You must find joy in even running the business even though it might not be bringing in money for you. Yes by doing so, you can keep pushing the business and you will not be tired of it no matter how it is going.
(3). What is your strategy for the Business to be successful?
This is one of the important questions to ask. You need to ask yourself, what is the strategy towards the business to be successful? What are the plans, what are the ideas you are planning to implement at every phase of the business?
How do you want the marketing of the goods you will be selling or the services you will be rendered in the business will be? This question is very vital. Years ago I started a few businesses and trust me if only I have answered all these questions before taking the journey, it will have been much better than this. In as much as you are having a strong desire to start the business, take a pause and answer this question. If you cannot answer these few questions. Then pause and go back to the drawing board. Probably you are not yet ready for the business

Ahora bien, el error que comete mucha gente y que yo también cometí al iniciar un negocio es que no toman las medidas necesarias para el crecimiento y el desarrollo de la empresa. Algunos simplemente se apresuran a iniciar un negocio probablemente debido a la tendencia de ese negocio en particular o probablemente porque escucharon a sus compañeros homólogos comenzaron su propio negocio y en unos pocos meses ya son ricos, esto impulsa a algunos a iniciar un negocio. Al iniciar un negocio hay algunas cosas que primero debe tener en cuenta que voy a enumerar a continuación y algunas preguntas que usted necesita para responder a ti mismo
(1). ¿Por qué quieres montar ese negocio?
Como ya he dicho, no basta con tener el mero deseo de crear una empresa. La verdad del asunto es ¿cuál es el motivo detrás de iniciar el negocio? ¿Tiene usted el motivo correcto hacia el negocio? La razón por la que es necesario tener el motivo y las razones correctas para crear una empresa es que, cuando la empresa se enfrenta a tiempos difíciles, se puede seguir adelante. El motivo puede mantenerte en marcha independientemente de lo que ocurra. ¿Cuál es tu plan para esa empresa? ¿Dónde quieres ver ese negocio en los próximos 5 o 10 años? ¿Cuál es la visión que tienes para ese negocio y muchas cosas más?
Mucha gente sólo quiere montar un negocio, pero ¿cuál es la razón para montar ese negocio? Al final, la pasión emocional no puede sostener el negocio
(2). ¿Qué es ese negocio?
Después de haber respondido con éxito a la primera pregunta, ahora la siguiente es preguntarse. ¿Cuál es ese negocio en concreto? Esto requiere una lluvia de ideas exhaustiva. No querrás empezar un negocio que no te apasione porque, al final, podría no sostenerse. Hay que buscar un negocio que, aunque haya sido popular, siga aportando nuestra singularidad.
No hay que empezar un negocio simplemente porque todo el mundo está empezando un negocio. Ese será uno de los mayores errores que cometerás. Si no tienes pasión por el negocio que estás empezando, ¿cómo puede mantenerse? Y cuando digo pasión, no me refiero al mero deseo de ganar dinero con el negocio, no, va más allá. Debes encontrar la alegría incluso en la gestión de la empresa, aunque no te aporte dinero. Si lo haces así, podrás seguir impulsando el negocio y no te cansarás de él vaya como vaya.
(3). ¿Cuál es tu estrategia para que el negocio tenga éxito?
Esta es una de las preguntas importantes. Debe preguntarse cuál es la estrategia para que la empresa tenga éxito. ¿Cuáles son los planes y las ideas que piensa aplicar en cada fase de la empresa?
¿Cómo quiere que sea la comercialización de los productos que venderá o los servicios que prestará en la empresa? Esta pregunta es muy importante. Hace años inicié algunos negocios y créeme, si hubiera respondido a todas estas preguntas antes de emprender el viaje, habría sido mucho mejor que esto. En la medida en que usted está teniendo un fuerte deseo de iniciar el negocio, hacer una pausa y responder a esta pregunta. Si no puedes responder a estas pocas preguntas. Haz una pausa y vuelve a empezar. Probablemente aún no esté preparado para el negocio.
