Carácter: La Clave del Éxito Empresarial
Me alegra mucho ver esta publicación que describe la verdadera naturaleza de cómo surgieron las cosas en términos de abrirse camino en el mundo empresarial.
Primero, esta es la primera vez que publico en esta comunidad. Siendo sincero, me encanta lo que veo aquí como emprendedor.
La mayoría de la gente considera las cosas no solo por el aumento de precio, sino por la cantidad. El precio puede asustarlos de otra manera: la cantidad también los haría huir, socavando la calidad.
Muchas veces, la forma en que construyes tu negocio puede atraer clientes a tu dominio, incluso si el precio es excesivamente alto. La mayoría de la gente prioriza la calidad sobre la cantidad.
Ahora, volviendo a mi punto:
Hace unos meses, fui a una tienda a comprar un artículo. Al salir de casa, llevé algo de dinero, pensando que el precio sería el mismo que me habían dicho. Fui a una tienda específica a comprarlo, aunque era el día de nuestra graduación para celebrar la graduación de mis alumnos de la escuela secundaria. Necesitaba una corbata color vino, según me indicó el director del organizador de eventos. Fui a una tienda a comprarla, pero me llevé una vergüenza insoportable. Este hombre se sentó en una silla, relajado. Lo saludé al llegar a su tienda. No me respondió. Lo volví a saludar, pero esta vez se enfureció y me preguntó: "¿Cómo quieres que te salude para anunciar tu llegada?". Al principio, no estaba listo para reaccionar. Pensé que quizás bromeaba. Le respondí: "Pero no has respondido a mis saludos". En lugar de actuar con la calma de un comerciante, me gritó con rudeza: "Por favor, si prefieres no comprar lo que buscas, márchate". "No es lo mejor que me hayas hablado así como comerciante", le dije. En lugar de hablar con calma, siseó y se fue. Estaba ansioso por comprar la corbata y le pregunté cuánto costaba. Dijo: "¿Así que por un empate de 5000 libras quieres arruinar mi tienda con tus palabras?". No le respondí, sino que le di la espalda y me fui inmediatamente.
Fui a otra tienda y recibí el mejor trato de mi vida. Al verme llegar, el vendedor corrió hacia mí y me preguntó si quería comprar algo. Antes de eso, me saludó con calma. Sus primeras palabras me hicieron querer comprarle. Dijo "cliente". No lo conozco y ni siquiera le he comprado nada, pero se refirió a mí como "cliente". Inmediatamente, tuve que llamar a su tienda. Me ofreció una silla y me preguntó si necesitaba agua fría para calmarme, ya que el sol era muy fuerte. Su trato fue justo el suficiente para comprar todo lo que tenía en su tienda, e incluso todos los artículos que tenía. 
Le pregunté si tenía una corbata color vino, y me respondió que sí. Busqué, pero no encontré ninguna corbata color vino que me quedara bien. Fue a uno de sus armarios y sacó rollos de corbatas. Eran magníficas. Pedí una corbata color vino, pero terminé comprando más. Compré una y cuatro corbatas más. Pregunté el precio. Me dijo: «Sabe que es mi cliente y siempre puedo darle una mejor opinión sobre el precio». Nunca le había comprado nada y nunca, ni por asomo, he sido su cliente, pero su forma de tratarme me inspiró a convertirme en uno de sus clientes.
Dijo que la corbata costaba 5500. Solo había 500 de diferencia. Quise preguntarle el precio, pero al ver el insulto inicial que recibí y la amabilidad con la que me trató, decidí comprar las corbatas sin preguntar el precio. Las empaquetó y me saludó como si hubiera comprado toda la tienda. 
Pasé a propósito por la tienda del hombre grosero y le mostré el paquete que había comprado en la otra tienda. Supuse que me había visto por su reacción.
A menudo, la forma en que nos comportamos con los clientes es muy importante. Podemos perder clientes con nuestro carácter y ganarlos con nuestra actuación. Un buen carácter es la columna vertebral de un emprendedor. Con tu carácter, puedes conquistar el corazón de la gente para que compre cosas, e incluso más de lo que están dispuestos a comprar.
Me impresionó el trato del vendedor, quien me trató como su cliente.
La lección aquí es que no debemos ser groseros con nuestros clientes, sin importar la situación. El cliente puede ser grosero, pero encontrar la manera de calmarlo debe ser nuestra prioridad.

Character—The Key To Business Success
I'm so happy to see this post which tells the true nature of how things happened in terms of creating an avenue into the world or entrepreneur.
First, this is my first time posting in this community. To be sincere, I love what I'm seeing here as an entrepreneur.
Most people consider things not just based on the hike in price but based on quantity. The price may scare them in another way, the quantity would also make them run, undermining the quality.
Most times the way you build your business can attract customers to your domain even though the price is extraordinarily far too high. Most people consider quality to quantity.
Now, back to my point:
I was proportioned to go to a shop to purchase an item a few months back. While leaving my home, I took little money alongside, thinking the price would be the same I was told it was. I went to a particular shop to buy the item. Although it was our graduation day to celebrate my students who were graduating from the secondary school. I needed a wine tie as directed by the chairman of the event planner. I went to a particular shop to buy the tie but got the embarrassment of my life. This man sat wide on a seat, relaxing. I greeted him after getting to his shop. He did not answer me. I greeted him again, but this time he got flamed up and said, "what do you want you to want to use your greeting to announce your arrival?” Initially, I was not ready to react. I thought maybe he was just joking. I replied to him, "but you did not answer my greetings”. Instead of acting calmly as a trader, he shouted at me rudely: “please, if you would rather not buy what you are here for, just leave”.
“It is just not the best to have talked to me like this as a trader”, I said to him. Instead of speaking calmly, he hissed and left. I was eager to buy the tie and asked him how much the tie was. He said, "so it's because of a tie of #5,000 that you want to raise my shop down with your words”, I did not answer him instead turned my back and left immediately.
I went to another shop and got the best treatment of my life. As the seller saw me coming, he ran to me, asking me if I wanted to buy something. Before then, he greeted me calmly. The first words he spoke gave me the mind of buying from him. He said “customer”. I do not know him and have not even bought an item from him once, but he referred to me as “a customer”. Immediately, I had to call his shop. He gave me a seat to sit on and asked if I needed cold water to calm my head as the sun was harsh. The way he treated me was just enough to buy everything from his shop and even buy all the items he had in his shop.
I asked if he had a wine tie, which he answered yes. I looked around but did not have any wine tie that could fit my eyes. He went to one of his cabinets and brought out rolls of ties. Those ties were superb. I asked for a wine tie, but I ended up buying more than a wine tie. I bought a wine tie and four other ties. I asked the price. He said, "you know you are my customer and I can always rest you better when it comes to price”. I have not bought things from him before and have never for once, been his customer, but with the way, he addresses me as one gave me the mind of becoming one of his customers.
He said the tie is #5500. It was just a #500 difference. I wanted to price it further, but looking at the initial insult I had received and the way this man had treated me nicely, I decided to buy the ties without pricing. He packaged the ties and greeted me just as if I had bought the whole shop.
I purposely walked through the rude man's shop and showcased the package I had bought from the other store. I guessed he saw me with his reaction.
Every so often, the way we behave with customers matters a lot. We can lose customers with our character and can gain customers with our acting. A good character is the backbone of an entrepreneur. With your character, you can win the heart of people to buy things and even more than what they are to buy.
I was impressed after receiving the treatment from the seller, who addressed me as his customer.
The lesson here is that we should not be rude to our customers no matter the situation. The customer may be rude, but finding a way to calm him or her down should be our priority.
