Saludos amigos emprendedores que visitan la comunidad @beentrepreneur.

Llegamos al último trimestre del 2024 y la fecha se hace propicia para echarle una mirada a nuestra planificación anual y a ese plan de acción que nos sirve de brújula para guiarnos en el camino del logro.

También el momento es oportuno para enfocarnos en esos objetivos que estamos a punto de alcanzar, pero que van rezagados o se han quedado dormidos y que tal vez lo que hace falta es que consigas la estrategia adecuada para darle el impulso final. Como siempre, te comento a partir de mi experiencia.

Para este año en curso dentro de la planificación anual tenía previsto realizar por lo menos 3 charlas o conversatorios de manera presencial, este objetivo se enlaza a la planificación personal con un objetivo general que dice:

*Ampliar mis relaciones interpersonales en el mundo analógico participando en diferentes eventos.

Ya siendo más específica y siguiendo el modelo de los objetivos, Smart lo relacioné con el emprendimiento, quedando así:

*Participar, como ponente o participante, en seis eventos presenciales durante el 2024 para conocer nuevas personas relacionadas con mi emprendimiento de crecimiento personal.

Aquí estoy, en esta revisión, para poner mis puntos claros:

*He participado en dos talleres presenciales de crecimiento personal, no he conocido a nadie, pues los mismos fueron bajo la modalidad “familiar y amigas”, así que no vale para sumarlo como actividad conducente al logro del objetivo planteado.

*Desde hace tres meses me anoté en un grupo de bailo-terapia y aunque es algo muy personal me ha permitido conocer personas que han conectado con mi propuesta y servicios. Así que este sí lo valido para que sume.

*He creado un grupo de trabajo para desarrollar una formación que estoy cursando. Aparte de potenciar mis conocimientos, competencias y habilidades, he conocido por lo menos 15 personas que se han mantenido con bastante constancia en la propuesta. Oro punto a mi favor.

Haciendo el balance, definitivamente, en este último trimestre tengo que trabajar bastante para alcanzar el objetivo propuesto. Ya montada en ello, para el 24 de octubre, tengo previsto hacer un mini-taller en un café de mi ciudad.

Esta semana lo visité, hablé con la dueña, que por cierto es hija de una de las participantes del grupo de trabajo que estoy realizando (viva el networking). El espacio es pequeño, tiene capacitad para un máximo de 15 personas que para mis fines es perfecto.

Ya tengo previsto un conversatorio para el mes de noviembre, escogí el tema y espero tener listo el flyer de invitación para promocionarlo en el mini taller. Con esto completaría mi meta como facilitadora, me estaría faltando asistir a dos cursos relacionados con el crecimiento personal y que sean presenciales.

Estaré atenta por las redes sociales a ver que me ofrecen en mi ciudad y accionar.

Si bien es cierto que este no es el “deber ser”, porque lo ideal sería haberlos realizado con calma y a lo largo del año para sacarle más provecho a los beneficios que me pueda aportar, mi gran reto en este momento es lograr el objetivo anual, pues si hay algo que me satisface, motiva e impulsa es colocar el visto bueno, como logrado, a la lista de objetivos.

# Last quarter. Reaching Goals

Greetings fellow entrepreneurs who visit the @beentrepreneur community.

We reach the last quarter of 2024 and the date becomes propitious to take a look at our annual planning and that action plan that serves as a compass to guide us on the road to achievement.

It is also the right time to focus on those goals that we are about to achieve, but that are lagging behind or have fallen asleep and that perhaps what is needed is for you to get the right strategy to give them the final push. As always, I tell you from my experience.

For this current year within the annual planning I had planned to make at least 3 talks or conversations in person, this objective is linked to personal planning with a general objective that says:

*Expand my interpersonal relationships in the analog world by participating in different events.

Being more specific and following the model of the objectives, Smart related it to entrepreneurship, thus:

*To participate, as a speaker or participant, in six face-to-face events during 2024 to meet new people related to my personal growth venture.
Here I am, in this review, to make my points clear:

*I have participated in two face-to-face personal growth workshops, I have not met anyone, as they were under the “family and friends” modality, so it is not worth to add it as an activity conducive to the achievement of the stated objective.

*Three months ago I signed up for a dance therapy group and although it is something very personal, it has allowed me to meet people who have connected with my proposal and services. So this one I validate it so that it adds up.

*I have created a work group to develop a training that I am taking. Apart from enhancing my knowledge, competencies and skills, I have met at least 15 people who have remained quite consistent in the proposal. This is a plus point in my favor.

Taking stock, definitely, in this last quarter, I have to work a lot to achieve the proposed goal. Already mounted on it, for October 24, I plan to do a mini-workshop in a coffee shop in my city.

This week I visited it, I talked to the owner, who by the way is the daughter of one of the participants of the working group I'm doing (long live networking). The space is small, it has capacity for a maximum of 15 people, which is perfect for my purposes.

I have already planned a conversation for the month of November, I have chosen the topic and I hope to have the invitation flyer ready to promote it in the mini workshop. With this I would complete my goal as a facilitator, I would be missing to attend two courses related to personal growth and that are face to face.

I will keep an eye on the social networks to see what they offer me in my city and take action.

Although it is true that this is not the “must be”, because the ideal would be to have done them calmly and throughout the year to get more out of the benefits it can bring me, my great challenge at this time is to achieve the annual goal, because if there is something that satisfies me, motivates and drives me is to place the approval, as achieved, to the list of objectives.
