A feasible solution in other countries is to relocate these employees as consultants. At the beginning, the transition is complicated, but it is more complicated to continue dealing with problems and mistakes for a longer period of time. In this process, frequent workshops should be offered to prepare not only younger employees for the future of the company, but everyone.
