In that way, you would be fit to follow up your lapses, just like I will do.
Thanks to @akrros who has invited us to take the theme of his post *Building Loyalty or Failing.
Where he invites us to critically ask ourselves these questions.
*Am I creating experience or just collecting bills?
*Do people remember me for what I sold or how I treated them?
*Do my customers feel I care about them, or do I just
want their money?
I will attempt to answer and give a personal insight to these themes, believing that I would make sense to us here as entrepreneurs.
Business is not just about selling commodities, owing a collection of the highest quality goods and service personnel.
It sinks beyond that to the point of where I don't put myself first even though I own the business.
Leaving my customer with an experience, not just an experience but on that would bring them back to patronized me again, is more important to me.
In my business philosophy, that the actual things they are buying at the moment.
Collecting bills without creating experience is collecting, means you I am not ready to do my business properly.
There is this customer of my who comes to my business place and each time he comes. He will look at my price tags, smile around my sales service.
And call me fun names. We would chat and even sometimes share some life experiences in our jokes.
I am barely a few weeks in this community, for those who read my introductory post. My target in this community is to create a content with life experience.
Even though I am being rewarded, as every end of Idea for a business person is profit making.
Where people who read my post, would learn something. And I, too, can learn from reading from other's narrative points.
Doing this allows me to create experience in my endeavor to bring home a good content to anyone who reads me.
I try as much as a possible to keep real factual and credible matters on my discussion tables. Because if you have issues in real life situation and come back here to read my post.
Where it consists of a solution to your problem, my experience in a content form has solved that problem.
That is why I write with consciousness. I read an author's blog in one of his posts a few days ago saying.
- If his grandchildren later come to know about hive, and storm his post, and it happens that he wasn't creating any experience.
And they need to learn from those experiences, and he was not creating experiences while he was alive in the hive?
What would happen to the features of these grandchildren, how would they perceive him*?
I have such conscious, everything isn't about the benefits I want to get, can others benefit from what I have to do?
Do I just want to do it and get away, without minding if the payments and what they are spending on my business, I really deserve it?
I love a life of creativity and making in pact. Money is important, but if I am not justified, shouldn't get that reward.
What about the client, what experience am I leaving them to go home with?
This theme is just like saying if you don't offer value, don't seek for a reward.
I try as much as possible to create that enabling situation that supports my clients and justify my earnings from my services.
Which brings me to the facts that, I must make my customers see I care about them.
My customers, the life wire of my business. Without them their world be not me, no venture or even an adventure that I am a business person.
That is why anytime I call my manufacturers and producers, I tell them the kind of goods I want.
Not because, I can't buy the low product and produce whatever I like and then allow the customer to decide to buy it.
I look at my productions with almost respect and dignity. I apply credibility to my production.
So that when my customers leave, they will come back again to buy from me and recommend me too to people.
I sell quality products. Anything that is substandard, I don't bring it to my shops. If I bring the low quality, I indicate the differences.
Because if it goes bad, I will lose my customers. Not because I want to sell a product and get the money, I should end up selling my reputation, the name of my brand and the Image of my business.
For instance, I sell cosmetics, food items and I produce these good but, I am not the one who manufactures the material.
I strictly tell my manufacturers what I want, and they know my standards of demands. Because I want each customer to become a family friend of my business.
Cresting an atmosphere where if I don't have that product, that customer will wait for me to get my supply to them.
In a situation, they believe so much in the quality of my products. Some of my customers who lived around within the reach of my business.
Some are out of town now, living outside the state to operate from, but they still leave with the mindset that I am the only one who can offer them the quality products they will always demand.
Like I earlier explained, the old man would always come to exchange pleasantries with me. He pays for stuff and asked my sells' person to pick whatever they wish for lunch.
Because I succeeded in building a relationship with him and I trained my sells personnel to see everyone who steps into my shop whether they are going to buy presently or not right.
They should see everyone who enters my shop as a potential customer.
Respect is of the essence. It is ethics of my business policy because the money is not only want. I also look out for my customers.
I also reached out to my customers, on a monthly basis, through mails. My potential customers, I have their data such as date of birth and contacts.
Which use in sending mails to my customers and reminding them when their favorite stock is not and when it would be in stock.
The responses I get from them makes me feel they are happy because the energy they cooperate with me and their purchasing power shows they know I care about them.

Gracias a @akrros, quien nos ha invitado a reflexionar sobre el tema de su publicación Construyendo Lealtad o Fracasando.
Donde nos invita a preguntarnos críticamente:
¿Estoy creando experiencias o solo cobrando cuentas?
¿La gente me recuerda por lo que vendí o por cómo los traté?
¿Mis clientes sienten que me importan, o solo quiero su dinero?
Intentaré responder y brindar una perspectiva personal sobre estos temas, creyendo que pueda tener sentido para nosotros aquí como emprendedores.
Los negocios no se tratan solo de vender productos, ni de contar con un personal de servicios y productos de la más alta calidad.
Va más allá, hasta el punto en el que no me pongo a mí mismo en primer lugar, aunque sea el dueño del negocio.
Dejar a mi cliente con una experiencia —no cualquier experiencia, sino una que lo haga volver a comprarme— es más importante para mí.
En mi filosofía de negocios, eso tiene más valor que las cosas materiales que están comprando en ese momento.
Cobrar sin crear experiencias significa que no estoy dispuesto a hacer bien mi trabajo.
Tengo un cliente que viene a mi negocio y cada vez que lo hace, mira los precios, sonríe con mi servicio al cliente...
Y me llama con apodos divertidos. Charlamos y a veces compartimos experiencias de vida entre bromas.
Llevo apenas unas semanas en esta comunidad, como saben quienes leyeron mi publicación de presentación. Mi objetivo aquí es crear contenido basado en experiencias reales.
Aunque estoy siendo recompensado, como todo emprendedor cuyo fin es obtener ganancias...
Quiero que las personas que lean mis publicaciones aprendan algo. Y yo también quiero aprender al leer las narrativas de los demás.
Hacer esto me permite crear experiencias mientras me esfuerzo por ofrecer buen contenido a quienes me lean.
Intento tanto como puedo mantener discusiones con hechos reales y creíbles. Porque si tienes un problema en la vida real y vienes a leer mi publicación...
Y encuentras allí una solución, mi experiencia compartida en forma de contenido ha resuelto tu problema.
Por eso escribo con conciencia. Leí en el blog de un autor, en una de sus publicaciones, hace unos días, algo que decía:
*Si sus nietos algún día descubren Hive y revisan sus publicaciones, y resulta que él no estaba creando experiencias...
Y ellos necesitan aprender de esas vivencias, y él no dejó nada...
¿Qué pasará con el futuro de esos nietos, cómo lo percibirán?*
Yo tengo esa conciencia. No todo se trata de los beneficios que quiero obtener. ¿Pueden otros beneficiarse de lo que hago?
¿Solo quiero hacerlo y salirme con la mía, sin importar si realmente merezco lo que pagan o gastan en mi negocio?
Amo una vida de creatividad e impacto. El dinero es importante, pero si no lo merezco, no debería recibir esa recompensa.
¿Y el cliente? ¿Qué experiencia le estoy dejando?
Este tema es como decir: si no ofreces valor, no busques recompensa.
Hago todo lo posible por crear una situación que respalde a mis clientes y justifique mis ingresos por los servicios que ofrezco.
Lo que me lleva a una verdad: debo hacer que mis clientes vean que me importan.
Mis clientes, la columna vertebral de mi negocio. Sin ellos, no habría negocio, ni emprendimiento ni aventura como empresario.
Por eso, cada vez que llamo a mis fabricantes y productores, les especifico el tipo de productos que quiero.
No porque no pueda comprar productos de baja calidad y hacer lo que quiera con ellos y dejar que el cliente decida comprarlos.
Miro mi producción con respeto y dignidad. Aplico credibilidad a lo que produzco.
Para que cuando mis clientes se vayan, vuelvan a comprarme y también me recomienden a otros.
Vendo productos de calidad. No traigo nada de baja calidad a mis tiendas. Y si alguna vez lo hago, indico claramente las diferencias.
Porque si sale mal, pierdo a mis clientes. No porque quiera vender un producto y ganar dinero debo terminar vendiendo mi reputación, el nombre de mi marca y la imagen de mi negocio.
Por ejemplo, vendo cosméticos y alimentos, y aunque produzco estos productos, no soy quien fabrica los materiales.
Les digo estrictamente a mis fabricantes lo que quiero, y ellos ya conocen mis estándares de exigencia. Porque quiero que cada cliente se convierta en un amigo de la familia de mi negocio.
Creo una atmósfera donde, si no tengo ese producto en el momento, el cliente espera a que lo consiga.
Porque cree firmemente en la calidad de mis productos. Algunos de mis clientes vivían cerca de mi negocio.
Ahora están fuera del estado, pero siguen con la mentalidad de que solo yo puedo ofrecerles la calidad que siempre buscan.
Como mencioné antes, ese señor mayor siempre viene a saludarme. Paga sus productos y le dice a mi vendedor que elija lo que desee para el almuerzo.
Porque logré construir una relación con él, y entrené a mi personal de ventas para que vean a cada persona que entra en mi tienda —compre o no— de la manera correcta.
Todos los que entran a mi tienda deben ser vistos como clientes potenciales.
El respeto es fundamental. Es parte de la ética de mi política empresarial porque el dinero no es lo único que quiero. También me preocupo por mis clientes.
Además, me comunico con mis clientes cada mes a través de correos electrónicos. Tengo datos de mis clientes potenciales, como fecha de nacimiento y contactos.
Con eso envío correos para recordarles cuándo llegará su producto favorito si no está en existencia.
Las respuestas que recibo me hacen sentir que están felices, porque la energía con la que cooperan conmigo y su poder de compra demuestran que saben que me importan.
