Muchas veces me he dado cuenta que algunos negocios en sus campañas de marketing hacen ofertas atractivas para atraer a más clientes. Les ofrecen, por ejemplo, rebajas en los precios, o promociones de descuentos si lleva más de un artículo en una línea de productos.
Estas campañas, que en principio están pensadas para atraer clientes, pueden tener un efecto contrario si no se aclara suficientemente el alcance de las promociones. Es muy importante detallar las características de la promoción, no debe quedar ningún margen de duda para que el cliente se sienta engañado.

I contacted them and made the respective payment. Shortly after, they confirmed the receipt and asked me for some personal information to complete the subscription.
A few hours went by and since there was no response from them, I left them a message. In response, they told me that I had to respect an order because the subscriptions were given according to the order in which they were requested.
That answer actually surprised me, because in the publicity they have on their site they do not mention that condition anywhere. The truth is that I felt mocked because they did not even inform me how many people I had before me. In the end I asked them to please give me my money back through the same mobile payment method they had used. Needless to say, I will not recommend that site to anyone.
