Getting My New Oven For My Cake Business
Running a business can be very stressful, especially as a student. When I started this business, I had a bigger picture in mind. My first step was to start the business, which I already have, and the second was to grow the business, expand, and little by little add some new baked goods to it.
I've been using the local method to bake my cakes. I normally put sand in a big pot, then use a tray to cover, and then put a stone on top of the cover so that heat wouldn't escape from the pot and so that the cake can bake well.
I won't lie, it has been a very stressful ride for me. I sleep late and then wake up very early just so I can meet up with my classes and all. After all, that's the major reason why I'm here in the first place.
Sometimes I look around and I see how blessed I am and how God placed the right people around me. My big sister has been a blessing to me. She has been so very supportive of my business; in fact, my whole family has been supportive of my business. They always call to check in on me and see how I'm doing and how the business is doing.
My sis is my superhero, she calls to check in on me and my business, and brainstorms with me on how to grow my business.
She always complains about how I'm stressing myself, which isn't so good, and I know ... Some weeks ago, we were talking about how getting an oven would make my workload lighter and easier. And guess what??
I'm getting my very first baby this week 🥰, you won't believe how happy and grateful I am.
I've been dying to get an oven and right now, that wish is about to come true.

I wanted to get the non-padded three-layer oven without glass, but when I saw the price difference, I just had to go for the bigger one even tho it's quite on the high side..
I can't wait to meet my new baby🥰🤗.... I'm actually buying it from another state, so the waybill will take a couple of days so hopefully it'll be here by next weekend.
Honestly, I'm still surprised at how fast my business is growing. (Is it always this fast?) I'm still in awe, because to me, it still feels like I just started everything yesterday and today I'm getting a new oven to make everything easier and lighter for me.
I have a lot of plans for my business next semester and I just wish and pray that it just keeps getting better and better.
For my business, I plan on adding a few other baked goods, like meat pie, bread ( for the bread, I plan on making just two varieties. Sardine bread, and burger bread ) then I'll add chin chin and peanut. As for the peanut and chinchin, I'll be making them once every week, and then for the bread, I'll be making them three times a week, then for the meat pie , I plan on making it everyday, and then last but not the least, I plan on making the cake every two days ... Hopefully I'm able to pull this off and still have time to study my books.

A veces miro a mi alrededor y veo lo bendecida que soy y cómo Dios puso a las personas adecuadas a mi alrededor. Mi hermana mayor ha sido una bendición para mí. Me ha apoyado mucho en mi negocio; de hecho, toda mi familia me ha apoyado en mi negocio. Siempre me llaman para ver cómo estoy y cómo va el negocio.

Siempre se queja de que me estreso, lo cual no es bueno, y lo sé... Hace unas semanas, estuvimos hablando de cómo conseguir un horno haría que mi carga de trabajo fuera más ligera y fácil. ¿Y adivina qué?
Esta semana voy a tener mi primer bebé 🥰, no te vas a creer lo feliz y agradecida que estoy.
Me moría de ganas de tener un horno y ahora mismo, ese deseo está a punto de hacerse realidad.

Yo quería conseguir el horno de tres capas no acolchado sin vidrio, pero cuando vi la diferencia de precio, sólo tenía que ir para el más grande a pesar de que es bastante en el lado alto..
No puedo esperar a conocer a mi nuevo bebé🥰🤗.... En realidad lo estoy comprando desde otro estado, por lo que la carta de porte tardará un par de días así que espero que esté aquí el fin de semana.
Sinceramente, todavía me sorprende lo rápido que está creciendo mi negocio. (¿Siempre es así de rápido?) Sigo alucinando, porque para mí es como si hubiera empezado ayer y hoy ya estoy comprando un horno nuevo para que todo sea más fácil y ligero.
Tengo muchos planes para mi negocio el próximo semestre y solo deseo y rezo para que siga mejorando cada vez más.
Para mi negocio, tengo pensado añadir algunos otros productos horneados, como pasteles de carne, pan (para el pan, tengo pensado hacer solo dos variedades: pan de sardinas y pan de hamburguesa) y luego añadiré chin chin y cacahuetes. En cuanto a los cacahuetes y los chin chin, los haré una vez a la semana, y el pan, tres veces a la semana. En cuanto a los pasteles de carne, tengo pensado hacerlos todos los días y, por último, pero no menos importante, tengo pensado hacer pasteles cada dos días... Espero poder llevarlo a cabo y seguir teniendo tiempo para estudiar.
