Comenzó el 2024 y con ello la acostumbrada revisión de los resultados que obtuve durante el año 2023. Cuando estaba reflexionando sobre todos mis propósitos y lo que realmente obtuve al final del año 2023, confieso que senti frustración, pues pensaba que para fin de año mi situación financiera mejoraría exponencialmente, junto con mi salud, relaciones afectivas y propósito.
¿Pero qué pasó en el camino? Qué hice o mejor dicho qué dejé de hacer, ¿por qué no obtuve los resultados esperados? Bueno para comenzar el relato les comento sobre mi emprendimiento, es decir la empresa de asesoría en el área de procesos con que comencé entusiasmada en el 2022 y parte del 2023. Tuve un cliente y el proyecto estuvo interesante, con un equipo de trabajo fabuloso, los ingresos esperados, horario flexible, motivación y posibilidades de continuar en más proyectos.
Con ese inicio de año, el 2023 vaticinaba despegar al éxito tan esperado. En el mes de enero comencé en clases de natación, yoga, y en un club de lectura. Pues eran actividades que nunca me había atrevido hacer y quería cultivar en serio mi mente y mi cuerpo.
También logré escribir y entregar a tiempo mi monografía final para optar al título de profesora de Biodanza, realizando un interesante trabajo de campo en el área de Biodanza para adultos mayores.
Sin embargo, a mediados de año culmino el proyecto y con ello mis ingresos, comencé a subir de nuevo la cuesta y esta vez con el peso de más deudas. No pude continuar con las actividades deportivas, y tuve que poner pausa a mi deseo de titularme como profesora de Biodanza pues la prioridad era "sostener" los gastos de alimentación y servicios.
Confieso que el último semestre del año me sentí literalmente "abandonada" por Dios, la Fuente, los ángeles y todo su equipo celestial, pero al mismo tiempo me sentía sostenida. Algo difícil de explicar, es como cuando estás aprendiendo a manejar bicicleta y tu papá te suelta y te toca pedalear para no caerte, y si me caí muchas veces, todavía me estoy recuperando del dolor.
Tanto fue la frustración y el dolor por tantas caídas que un día decidí no volver a montar más nunca en bicicleta, es decir abandonar mi emprendimiento y todo lo que venía haciendo. Sin embargo mi Padre que siempre quiere que la pase bien, me envió nuevamente noticias.
Un libro que me trae noticias
Mi amiga Shalena, que también pertenece al club de lectura, el 15 de diciembre me dio un regalo muy especial, me envió el libro "Tu éxito es inevitable" de Maite Issa, junto con la frase "lo vas a amar y te traerá noticias".
Como buena amante de la lectura, comencé de una a devorarlo, sin embargo tenía en mi mente la percepción de que era un libro más de todos los que había leído sobre la abundancia, metafísica, el Secreto, manifestar tus deseos..."a ver Maite que me vas a decir que yo no sé", pensaba mientras lo leía.
Me sumergí en la lectura y en seguida me atrapó, ciertamente no dice algo diferente que no haya escuchado o leído, pero me resonó muchísimo esta lectura, no sé si fue por el momento coyuntural por el que estaba pasando, pero lo cierto es, que la autora relataba parte de sus vivencias y en cada capítulo enlazaba con experiencias de sus alumnas.
En algunos casos sentía que me estaba describiendo, pues las historias de la mayoría de nosotras parte de una creencia raíz: "Herida de la Bruja".
"Somos nietas de las brujas que no pudiste quemar"
La autora hace referencia a nuestra herencia cultural como brujas: poderosas, sabias, mágicas, pero a su vez, hace mención a la "herida de la bruja". La herida de la bruja está en nuestro inconsciente, y trata sobre la traición que vivieron las mujeres de nuestro linaje de parte de su propia familia. En la época de la inquisión y luego durante la segunda Guerra Mundial, muchas mujeres para sobrevivir tenían que delatar a otras mujeres, en algunos casos sus propias madres, hermanas, y primas.

Hoy mientras estaba podando la planta de malanga que mi madre tiene en la ventana, me percaté de que las creencias limitantes son lo más parecido a una planta de estas, es decir una gran enredadera.

Al finalizar la poda, tenía el lavandero lleno de tallos y hojas tanto que llene una bolsa de basura completa.
Finalmente, pude llegar a la raíz de esta magnífica y frondosa enredadera, y allí me di cuenta de que así funciona el podado neuronal, comenzamos por las creencias que están en la superficie, es decir las hojas y tallos que son de más fácil acceso, para finalmente llegar a la raíz.
Y ahora qué hago?
Podar la planta me resulto sencillo, pero cómo en la vida real puedo iniciar este proceso de manera que pueda manifestar realmente mis deseos? La verdad es que NO SE, pero me gusta declarame aprendiz, como dice la autora del libro: "Ser aprendiz es atreverse a pasar a la acción aunque no esté segura de qué resultado conllevará".
Pasar a la acción, es el paso entre el deseo y la manifestación, y escribir este post fue una acción inspirada, es decir "es lo primero que venga a la mente aunque parezca ilógico o que no tiene nada que ver con tu objetivo. No lo cuestiones. Solo hazlo y asegúrate de priorizar tu sueño."

A book that brings me news
