Let us also spend time with our family, eat good and healthy food with them and pray with them. Now that my Mom is sick, I always do things she usually does. I always want to show my love for her in so many ways.
And the weather is not good here now, raining heavily.
I want to show you some photos of healthy foods we eat before, the same time that my grandma was sick this post shows how we take good care of our family when we are sick. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and healthy meals.
