Every morning , I wake up early to prepare some food, it's my daily duty as a mom of an 8 yr old girl..grade 2 student. So I have to prepare for her food . . Who can relate ??.as a mother and wife , we always wanted to be the very best
Version of ourselves .
Fast forward .I'm thinking what dish should I cooked . I remembered , my husband brought fish so I have an idea what to cook.
So after cutting the fish into small pieces. I also prepare some tomatoes , onion and garlic .bell pepper and a lot more for the sauce
The procedures :
First step is you need to fry all the fish .after frying ,set them aside and prepare the condiments needed. Washed it first to make sure it's clean and there you have it.
Next procedure . In a frying pan with coconut oil ,We will now mix all the condiments for the sauce. Add some water , sugar, salt and a small amount of vinegar .mixed well to balance the taste .
If it's done and it simmers already , you may now put the fish in the sauce so that it will be coated the and you can achieved it's very delicious taste .
Then afterwards , it's already done and ready to served .. my daughter loves escabeche , she like the sauce not the fish. Lough at loud .she always request me to cook this dish everytime she sees fish ..
