Good day, my dearest hivers! It's me again @iamjamil and it's nice seeing you again. By the way, how's your day going? I hope you are all feeling good, better, best (hehe). For today's blog, I'm going to share with each and every one of you one of my favorite things to do or should I say one of my favorite sports "badminton". Without further ado, let's go go go!!!
In my own perspective and as someone who really loves playing badminton, badminton is one of the most played sports in our country. It can be played in a single, double, or team. What badminton sets apart from other sports is that it's so basic to play, you just need to have a racket, shuttlecock, and of course yourself. The goal of the game is to hit the shuttlecock until it lands on the court of your opponent. One of the basics of the game is smashing.
Why badminton? Well, badminton for me is more than just a game. Because I feel like it's my way of expressing my love for this game. The moment I hold a racket, it really makes me feel happy. This game really helped me how to be active and have the energy-flowing skill when it comes to this game and I wouldn't get tired of playing with this sport.
Playing badminton is not that fun without friends. I'm going to share with you my experience of playing badminton with my friends. We went to a spacious place located just near our respective houses. Though it's raining a bit we continued playing since playing is fundamental (hahaha). The reason why we met and played badminton it's because it was supposed to be passed for our performance task in PE(we did filming actually). Playing with them has been really enjoyable. What matters the most is that you enjoy playing with your friends while enjoying its benefits at the same time.
As someone who experienced playing badminton, I have really seen that it's more than just a sport since I have noticed that it really has a lot of benefits. For me, there are many benefits of playing badminton, such as:
It improves our cardiovascular health
Since it's a fast-paced game, it increases our heart rate and makes our cardiovascular system function well.It helps manage weight
Since it's a game that requires one place to another, it helps our body exercise and burn fats as well.It keeps our immune system healthy.
In general, since it requires movement in our body, it keeps our overall well-being moved and stretched. It also helps relax our mind.
Therefore, playing badminton for me is very beneficial since it has many benefits. The benefits that I'm sharing with you are just some of its many benefits. Badminton really keeps our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health stable.
