Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Yesterday my wife and I traveled 300 kilometers to got medicine for our autistic son in the city. We feel tired and intend to live a simple life today. After sending my son and granddaughter to school in the morning, we go to the wet market near my son's school. We want to buy eggs, curry paste and fishs for cooking. This morning is another day with overcast. But we were lucky that it didn't rain, when we walked and shopped in the wet market.

When we bought the eggs, curry paste and fishs, we go home immediately. Even though we were tired from yesterday's journey. But it's another day to our garden care. Grass and weeds are still overgrown in some areas of the home garden. This morning's garden care, in addition to pulling out grass and weeds, I also prune the plants in the home garden. This time there is vegetable fern too. Vegetable ferns are in many areas of the home garden. They are now overgrown. The young leaves of the vegetable ferns are few, So I want to prune them.
My wife also picks young vegetable fern leaves to cook for lunch.
She cooked stir-fried vegetable fern with eggs in oyster sauce. It was our favorite dish.
