Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Yesterday my wife and I eat the simple meal at a local restaurant and market. Today we didn't go anywhere after sending our son and granddaughter to school. But in this post I'm sharing easy food in northern Thai style. This dish is northern Thai style sour soup with ceylon spinach and fermented pork. Northern Thai style local soups mostly have shrimp paste and tamarind sauce as the main ingredients. And the soup will have a sour taste. The vegetables used in this dish were harvested by my wife from the home garden.

Ingredients for northern Thai style sour soup with ceylon spinach and fermented pork (This time there was no tamarind sauce because the fermented pork was already sour, which made the soup taste sour). It has just these simple ingredients.
