Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Whenever my wife and I don't have a trip or have errands to do outside the home. After we sent our son and granddaughter to school., my wife cooks simple food at home. This time too, my wife picked some vegetables from the garden. But she picked vegetables from two locations. My wife is picked young balsam pear leaves in the longan orchard. There are balsam pears in many areas of our longan orchard. And we can eat only its young leaves. And in the northern of Thailand, young balsam pear leaves are popularly boiled and eaten with various chili pastes. It has a bitter taste like bitter cucumber. In the longan orchard, she only picked young balsam pear leaves. Because we only grow them in longan orchards.

But in our home garden, my wife picks 2-3 kinds of vegetables. My wife picked purple eggplant, green beans, and culantro from our home garden.

This time she made boiled vegetables and eat them with chili paste. The chili paste this time is spicy tomatoes dip with sardines in tomato sauce. I have shared this chili paste recipe with a friend in an old post. These are simple dishes my wife cooks.
