Anyway everyone my blog for today is quite unique in my eyes but I don't know if it's known to you but honestly I only saw this kind of variety today. Well I was scrolling in a social media marketplace and I found this one. I was curious so I bought two dollars and I was surprised it was so big and round. I'm not curious to the outside color anymore because my father had sweet potato plantation so I'm aware of the skin color.
I'm not aware it was too big. Bigger than my fists hahaha.
I was shocked by the color because it looks like ube. Ube is another kind of root crop which is so purple and mostly used as ice cream flavors.The color was so bright that I was inlove with it. It's so purple bright. I was shocked because I never seen a sweet potato which is as purple as this one and not just the skin but also the entire meat of it. Very interesting!
I sliced it into tiny pieces. But just like the title of this blog, I don't know how to cook this one. Every sweet potato variety has it's different taste and different styles of cooking for better appetite. I am thinking of a fries but I was curious is it okay? Hahaha or this is better to be steamed or a cake. I don't know a lot is running in my mind.
It looks very perfect like I don't like to cook it hahaha. It's amazing how God able to design this kind of little crop. But anyways for anyone who had tried this one. Let me know what's the best cook for this. This tiny slices I fried it but I don't much like the taste even I put sugar on it. I'll be heading down the comments thank you for your suggestions.
