Hi everyone, @lorene08 once again to post another thrilling and worthwhile day with my friends for today's blog.
Finally, we managed to "color our drawing" — a plan we've been waiting for nearly a month! I believe it's natural for friends to plan outings, right? Especially now that the school year is ending and individuals are no longer too occupied. It's not only a means to enjoy summer, but also an opportunity to celebrate and make more memories that you can treasure in the future.
Our outing took place on April 28, 2025.
But honestly, we only had a 75% chance that it would push through because the weather that morning did not look good. The skies were gray, and some of my friends already had doubts, especially since we would all be commuting to the agreed destination.
I was like, very much so excited, to the point that a day before we went out, I already prepared out my clothes and packed everything, including my tripod HAHAHAHA, I even shopped for a top from a thrift store a month before, even if we weren't sure yet if the outing would push through lol HAHAHAHAHA.
Our actual meet-up time was 8 AM in Anapog (our destination for the outing), but one of our friends living far away couldn't meet us yet because she had to wait for her dad. So we shifted the meet-up time to 9 AM and guess what? We were complete after 9 AM HAHAHAHA.
(Me before going to the beach, outfit check HAHAHAHA)
At 9:30 AM, we began to walk towards the beach. It was not far, just about a 5-minute walk. We were just laughing while walking, particularly when they made fun of our previous outing being too far HAHAHA.
We arrived at the beach around 10 AM or even earlier. It was free because the owner of the cottage happens to be the aunt of my friend. (Thank you so much ate, for allowing us to use the cottage for free hehehe🤍).
As it was nearing lunch time, we began grilling. It was hilarious because we were having a hard time getting the fire started with the charcoal 😭😭. We even spotted a sea snake (I don't know what it is but yes, a snake in the sea HAHAHA),then returned to grilling.
Too many of us were trying to assist, so we just let two of our friends do the grilling. The rest of us played Uno , thanks Kim for bringing the cards mwah! I was losing, I couldn't take it😀
Then we still had to cook pancit canton and fried rice, so we stopped playing. I helped cut onions and garlic since I was done getting the hotdogs ready for grilling.
(This was hilarious because Kim jokingly did a taste test of the pancit canton that she prepared by shoving it directly into my mouth 😭😭).
Since cooking was almost done and the grilled meat was nearly ready, Khirstine and I went to the shore to take some photos. It was super hot lol. We took turns taking pictures and I was really happy with every photo she took of me.
When we got back, I saw Kimberly and Shane helping Jam grill the meat. Then this super cute dog went up to them, they looked so adorable, I had to capture the moment!
Then they asked me and Khirs to get banana leaves for our boodle fight. I got the biggest and cleanest one to make it look aesthetic later char HAHAHAHA.
(Kimberly also asked me to take a photo of her while she was grilling HAHAHA).
Finally, the food was cooked and ready to serve! Shane was making the sauce, and we pranked Micah by pretending we put chili in both sauces (she hates spicy food). Meanwhile, Jam Riel prepared the rice and shaped it into the word "IMAL" HAHAHA! He really put in the effort, great job 👏👏
(Good job, Jam Riel!! 🤍)
Before we ate, I suggested we take a group photo since it’s rare for us to have outings like this. (Although we weren’t complete, two of our friends couldn’t come because they weren’t allowed, and one arrived late due to errands.)
After eating and chatting, we rested. Then they decided to swim, I didn’t join because my grandma didn’t allow me, but I still went with them to the beach to take photos and videos.
They were super loud and funny, I almost peed my shorts from laughing HAHAHAHA. It was also so hot, I wanted to go back to the cottage but got lazy, so I just sat there and enjoyed watching them being silly 😭😭
Angelo arrived around 2 PM. He said he was late because he was waiting for his expensive parcel HAHAHHAA.
We rested for a bit since it was getting hotter. Then we cooked snacks because Angelo brought fries. After eating, we played volleyball, I forgot to take pictures because my phone was charging. Then it got too windy, so they went back to swimming.
When they got tired of swimming, Sharmae and I took turns taking photos. We also saw Jam Riel washing the pan in the sea and Sharmae took a picture of him (he still managed to strike a pose though lol).
At 4 PM, we decided to go home. Sharmae’s mom called her dad to come with their tricycle, so while waiting, the others played Uno again. They were not satisfied because we only played once at the beach HAHAHA. We laughed because they just laid the cards on the pathway and played at Sharmae’s cousin’s gas station 😭😭 even passersby were staring lol.
Finally, Sharmae’s dad arrived, and we all went home. That’s how our outing went, it was super fun! Even though it was incredibly hot, we still enjoyed every moment.

Thank you everyone! I hope you enjoyed reading about our RAINBOWPOPZZZZ Outing, and I also hope that your own group of friends finally gets to “color” your planned outing too HAHAHA!
See you on my next blogs! 🤍
