Hi .. I am @luueetang and today I am going to showcase some of the macro shots that I took. I've never taken many macro photos. It's a small world and I wonder what the view looks like as an ant. Everything looks huge... I used my Redmi Note 9 for all the photos here.
Desert Rose
Water droplets on the leaves of the Desert Rose after the rain. Water is beautiful up close. The flowers of the Desert Rose blooms a lot in a month.
BLUE PEA
Uniquely shaped leaves and my tortoises favourite food. These are usually used here for colouring purposes. Can be used to make tea and colouring for different types of desserts. This plant loves to cling on other plants for support with their tendrils and they propagate by seed pods. It is amazing what nature does and how evolution works.
Water plants
Quite common floating plants found at ponds. I am not sure what they are called but they have such nice leaves that is great to touch. Looks like what I would find as wallpaper.
Flowers of the Bitter Gourd
Insects are pollinating the flower. Some bitter gourds have been growing in my garden in a while. Beautiful yellow flowers. Petals are quite important as it attracts insects.
Oriental Paper bush
I am not sure if these flowers are called the Oriental paper bush. I checked google and got a name. I bought these because the lady told me that it repels mosquitoes. But it has really nice flowers.
Flowers from a wild plant
I saw these in my garden and in real life, they are really tiny, macro makes things look really big in photos. Leaves look really amazing up-close too. Different colour textures can be seen in the photo.
