" Spring Roll, Anyone! "
We all love festivities, right? Anniversary, birthday, or even small wins deserve to be celebrated. Much with the picture of commemoration, food is the best part in it. And with the true blue Filipino celebration, spring roll is never amissed. It's everybody's favorite. In case it's nowhere seen on the table, everyone is confident to ask for it. But what I love with this dish though it requires a lot of effort preparing for it, we can make it in big batches and store it in freezer for several weeks when the meat is cooked before wrapping it, otherwise, it is safer to store some for just a week if meat's uncooked. So this is what I am going to share in this content. Now, let's start rolling!

-500g lean ground pork 3.Add in the salt and ground black pepper. 7.In medium low heat, place your frying pan with oil. Using a wooden spatula or chopstick, check the temperature of the oil. When the right temperature is achieved, deep fry the rolls. Based from the picture, the rolls with cheese in it are fried whole while the rolls without cheese are cut in half. I like it better in bite size. You can have your own preference too. Your kitchen now smells so good that you can't help but munch some while frying the rest. Enjoy! 8.Remove from the pan when already golden brown. Place it on a strainer to remove the excess oil. Let it cool. Thank you everyone for the support and being with me until the very end. I hope to see you again in my next menu. Happy weekend to you all!Ingredients:
