As you know from my previous post, a lot of mangoes have been collected from our house trees and a lot of mangoes have been sold outside. In fact, we collect a lot of mangoes from our trees every year, the whole family enjoys the mangoes together and we earn money by selling some mangoes out of it. It's really a great thing, just as we have the opportunity to eat our own trees today, we have the opportunity to earn money by selling them out there.
Anyway, this story I will share with you another day about our mango tree. In fact, we have a lot of mango trees, the mango of any tree is very sweet to eat, just like the mango of any tree is a little sour. However, all the trees have a lot of mangoes. For this reason, in the mango season, all our eyes go to the mango trees.
See, we try to eat mango in various ways. As I told you in the previous post, I have left some mangoes in my room, which I will try to eat slowly when ripe. However, we also try to eat raw mango in various ways. We try to get the best taste of raw mangoes in different traditional ways. In fact, the taste of mangoes in different ways gives us great pleasure and increases our interest in mangoes. However, it is also true that mangoes contain a lot of different types of vitamins.
So if you consider the health aspect, I can say for sure that you will be more interested in eating raw mango than ripe mango. However, just as I eat raw mangoes in many ways, I still try to eat ripe mangoes in many different ways. Today I will share with you an easy way to eat raw mango. This way you can get the best taste of raw mango.
Materials required:
- Raw mango
- Dried pepper
- Kasundi (Mustard Sauce)
- Raw peppers
- Sugar
- Salt.
Preparation:
At first I cleaned the two mangoes well and peeled off the top skin so that I could slice them nicely.
Then I sliced those two mangoes nicely, this is the method we use to slice here.
Then I took the sliced mangoes in a bowl, along with dried chillies, raw chillies, Kasundi, salt and sugar.
Then to make the mango flavored mash, I rubbed all the ingredients well by hand.
See, our taste is made of raw mango mash, we usually all use this method more to eat raw mango. However, there are many other ways to eat raw mango. I will try to share them later.
