Friends, Happy Monday everyone.
Today started with cloudy skies, still a bit gloomy. It rained lightly all day yesterday. But since morning the sky is cloudy but it has not rained yet. However, looking at the environment and conditions, it is clear that it will rain today and the environment will remain like this throughout the day.
If it's rainy weather or cloudy sky, we Bengalis show a bit more curiosity about food by making different kinds of delicious recipes. To be honest, we are a bit more conscious about food and recipes during the rainy days. So you understand that today I will share a special recipe with you.

Nehari is a delicious recipe made with cow leg bones. It's like soup, but a little thinner than soup. As there are many types of vegetables in the soup, here there are no vegetables but multiple spices, due to which it is very tasty to eat.
Neharis are made in large quantities because they are not finished in one day, everyone in the house likes to eat them over several days. But they are tried to be eaten only with items like bread. In our house we try to make more flour bread and eat it with Nehari. Of course, like soup, it can be eaten alone. This is a really great tasting and very nutritious recipe.

Then I added garlic, raw chillies and poured flour mixed with water. Cooked like this for some time.
