Yess before I got my breakfast I also went to the supermarket looking for a few ingredients first. Something that wasn't the usual is might be a soup because I haven't have it recently, toast, or bagels. So, I decided to whip up a unique breakfast that's not very common in western culture – rice, pork, grilled eggs.

Yes, you read that right – customers. I work and own a small family business that's hardly ever busy during the early mornings. So, I thought I might as well have some company while enjoying my tasty breakfast.
Without homemade recipe, I ordered the food from online delivery, they cook the rice, which took around 20 minutes as they told.
The seller put everything together in a box– the hot steaming rice at the bottom, the crispy big pork on top, and the perfectly marinated eggs on the side. I added some soy sauce and green onions to give it some extra flavor.
As I sat down to savor my unusual breakfast, I took a look around the house especially the national street. It was unusually quiet - only a few customers scattered around, probably enjoying their own meals at the small vendor as well Infront of my mirror. But that didn't bother me. I had my food, and it was delicious.
Breakfast for me just the most important meal of the day, and it's essential to start my day with something filling and nourishing.
