Hello friends in today's blog post I am going to share with you a brief information about the weather in our village during monsoons and how it is full of natural beauty. Also yesterday I am going to share my homemade chicken fry recipe.
First of all friends yesterday when I was doing farm work it was raining too. And while coming home from the farm, I have tried to take some beautiful and amazing photos. With the onset of monsoon, friends, greenery is spread everywhere. And indeed the atmosphere has become very cool and soothing. Indeed, friends, nature has become very beautiful because of the greenery spread on the ground and the different types of trees on it. It is a natural environment that pleases the mind and one gets a different pleasure while walking in this environment. And so while coming home from the farm yesterday, my mind was full and I took some photos.
While it is raining, everyone will surely be very happy to see that cool atmosphere and the green land in front of them. Indeed, I feel that the season of monsoon works to give a new life to man as well.
During the rainy season, the entire earth is regenerated in the form of trees. And in a few days many different wild bushes will also have beautiful flowers and the scene after that is quite a sight to behold.
After some time after my friends came home suddenly my mood changed a lot and in this cold weather it was raining and I thought to make something hot to eat. Then I went to the chicken shop in our village and got some chicken and after that I decided to make chicken fry. But since the friends were living near the village and it was raining along with it, the electricity was also out. Then I had to make a paste of ginger and garlic to make chicken fry. But due to lack of electricity, it was not possible to make ginger-garlic paste in a mixer, so I made a fine paste of ginger and garlic in the traditional pot used for making paste in our village.
After that the chicken was washed clean and ginger garlic paste along with some curd, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chicken masala and salt to taste and also some cornflower were applied to the chicken together. And left to marinate the chicken for some time.
After marinating for about half an hour, add oil in a pan and fry this chicken well. Really guys I had a lot of fun making this chicken fry. And most importantly, the joy of eating this chicken fry when it was raining after it was made was really different. Now, since I made this chicken fry myself, how can I tell if it was delicious or not, but my family loved it too.
I loved this chicken fry and the fact that everyone in the house loved it, there is no doubt that this chicken fry must have been delicious. In this way I spent yesterday in a very nice and wonderful way. And indeed friends will tell you that you too should enjoy every moment of your life in the same way because the moment that is gone will never come back again.
