Hi guys its been a long time since i made any blog. And so the person didn't feel like sharing some things with you. The reason behind it was also the same. As you all know I went to the village for my farm work. When I returned to Pune after completing the farm work, within a couple of days I got an eye infection. Being in the village for a long time, many things in the house were finished. And that's why I had to go to many places in Pune to fetch the things. And how careless I was that even though I knew that eye infections were common in Pune, I didn't take any care and got eye infections too. Really guys last week I was in a lot of pain due to eye infection. There was pain as if someone was sticking a thorn in the eyes. But after four to five days after taking the property comment, my eye infection reduced a bit and now I am not suffering from any kind and my eyes are back to normal as well so I am feeling great.
Today friends my wife prepared a very delicious menu for breakfast. And that delicious menu was Mix Veg Paratha. Friends, this paratha is very delicious to eat and this paratha is rich in proteins and vitamins and the reason behind this is that cheese and different vegetables are used to make this mix veg paratha. Like beet tomato capsicum and all these things make this paratha very healthy.
Enjoyed this delicious and healthy breakfast today. I am also giving you a brief recipe on how to make this paratha. First of all paneer along with beet tomato onion capsicum are finely ground and all these things are prepared as stuffing for paratha with different types of spices. And then this stuffing is stuffed into dough balls made from wheat flour.
And it is rolled in a plain manner and then paratha is made from it. And in a pan it gets roasted on both sides nicely. And then it is ready to eat by putting tu or butter on it. When it is eaten with curd or chutney, its taste becomes even more amazing. Indeed friends today started the day with a delicious and healthy breakfast so the whole day went very well.
In this way all of us friends should be happy in small things and spend each day in happiness and contentment and I think that these things give the greatest happiness.
