Hello my dear friend @sanjeevm and Also My HIVERS friends and also @asean.hive community friends.
I hope you are all is very happy and enjoy your life with your family and also your health are very amazing.
It is very important to clean crabs properly before using them for cooking. Although the process of cleaning crabs is a bit laborious, if done properly, the crabs taste more delicious and clean.
Check to see if the crabs are fresh. Live crabs are tastier.
Boil water in a large pot. Soak the crabs in this hot water for 2-3 minutes. This will calm them down and make them easier to clean. Place your thumb on the back of the crab and lift the shell from the top. The inside should be a bit black or white, as it gives off a bitter taste.
The gills inside are long, soft, gray in color – they are not edible. Remove them. Wash the whole crab pieces with cold water.
Now that all this is done, let's make crab curry. I'll tell you the complete recipe and what you'll need for it.
