Two typhoons hit us in a week recently, and they gave us the cold breeze from morning to night. And we could not think of anything but to eat food that would keep us warm. For us who cannot access the local market in a few walks, we had to look for alternatives.
And we came up with the idea of cooking Nissin Ramen, in our favorite flavor, which is the Spicy Seafood. We bought them in the local grocery store near our home, and just grabbed another chicharon to add more flavor to the noodles.
After buying them, we went home straight as the rain started falling again, accompanied by a strong wind. It was concerning, but we had no choice but to keep ourselves safe inside the house and wait for the typhoon to go away.
We prepared a cooking pan with water and had to wait for a few minutes for the water to boil. Then, we put the seasonings from the Nissin Ramen pack together with the chicharon. We let them cook for a while before adding the noodles.
Lastly, we put the noodles in the boiling water with all the seasonings. According to the cooking instructions in the pack, we need to cook it for about 2 minutes. After that, we had already put the ramen in the bowl.
It was finally time to enjoy the hot and spicy noodles during the cold weather. We enjoyed a bowl of Nissin Ramen, and will surely have some again!
So, that's it for today. Thank you so much for reading. See you on our next blog. Sending good vibes to everyone!
