Howdy hivers! Finally got the chance to share another fun story today. It will feature my lovely daughters, but I definitely enjoy this day too. It's grocery time and hubs prepared the girls because he wanted us to join him last Saturday. Usually he's the only one doing the groceries when covid-19 started. But during this time, I am, specially our girls are so happy because they are too excited to finally get out again.
Tadaaaa! Yep! A mini playhouse/playground inside a mini mall near our place. We ride on a tricycle to get there and the girls are literally shouting during the trip to get there, because we are always just inside the apartment , no space in front or back of it where we can at least sit down and watch sunset or people passing by. Alex and Freia didn't know which area to choose at first, until they realize that yep! They can all experience all corners of it. We had 1 hour time in there, and it costs $ per kid and it's free for 1 guardian. We also have to purchase socks( oh well, hubs should have told me where going there, i should have brought our own socks, LOL)
The place got different areas such as kitchen like, where kiddos can pretend like they are cooking or making food, I think that's Alex's fave part because she stayed there most of the time. She made a hamburger and she likes to put those insise a mini house there too.
It also has a pool of balls connected to the slides, so it makes more enjoyable for kids to land after going through slides. There are like 3 slides connected to it but only one lands to the ball-pool. The playground assistants keep on following my youngest Freia, whenever she climbs up to the slide, coz the back way to climb to the slide is like a literal climbing challenge and the holes are kinda big, good thing my Freia's good at it 😉
It also has a mini tower and bridge like area where kids can use a telescope like thingy and below it are the different animal-image-ride, plus the rings ( my husband said to our youngest that those are like Sonic the Hedgehog's rings 😅)
This playground also has swings, the girls didn't enjoy mush of that since 2 of the slides are too high for them and needs more assistance and attention when riding that.
Another area is this circling ride that got 3 slots to sit in, together with my girls is a boy kiddo, if I remember it right he got Angelo on his name, he accompanied the girls from the start of the experience and he looks cutie too!
Alex and Freia also enjoyed the letter boxes area they rumbled it up and organize it back, haha. Also the train-like ride, a short one but enjoyable as it looks like.
Well of course a restroom selfie of yours truly, LOL Alex felt the need to go to the bathroom, so mom's tot he rescue and I felt like i need to take a picture of myself haha. Please excuse the background and my face as well 😅 After this fun activity, we had a Mcdonald's drive thru hiring a tricycle and the driver 😄 And he patiently waited with us, thankfully.
'Til my next write up...
