Hello Hive friends,
This time I want to share a story through a series of black and white photos that are quite special.
We took this photo session in Malioboro, Yogyakarta, wearing Javanese traditional dress in the style of a traditional bride...
The atmosphere was simple but meaningful, a calm feel of the past, coupled with the streets of Malioboro that never lost its cultural spirit.
• ‎🖤 Portrait of Love and Tradition ‎
‎
Under a shady tree, we sat side by side, with calm hearts and faces full of pride in our cultural heritage. ‎ ‎
‎Slow footsteps down the white-walled hallway, a keris gripped tightly—a symbol of steadfastness and the guardian of the household. ‎ ‎
‎Smiling gazes, gentle greetings, and small touches—simple things that become the deepest memories. ‎ ‎
Walking along Malioboro, hand in hand, with cheerful hearts despite the hot weather — because love always brings shade. ‎
‎Under the 'Jl. Malioboro' sign, we stand with hope: may our story be a small part of the beautiful stories that have passed along this street. ‎ ‎
💠A Little Reflection ‎ ‎
Why black and white? ‎Because even without color, the story can still come alive... ‎Without distractions, we can truly see the expressions, feelings, and relationships between the characters in the photos... ‎Especially when they're wearing traditional clothing, it's as if time stops for a moment to greet tradition.
‎For us, this isn't just a photo. It's a memory of the courage to celebrate love amidst the hustle and bustle of a cultural city... ‎ ‎
🙏 Thank You for Viewing ‎ ‎We hope this series of photos can be a touching visual story. ‎Thank you for taking the time to stop by and enjoy our little journey through Javanese tradition... ‎
