This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge
At around 8:30 morning I went to the rice fields to see the progress of my rice plants which will soon be ready to be harvested. And in the area on the side of the road leading to the rice fields, I saw lots of flowering wild plants growing there, among several flowering wild plants, the "Gletang" plant was the one that caught my attention the most.
Gletang (Tridax procumbens) is a type of wild plant from the Asteraceae family. This plant grows in open areas such as the edge of the rice fields where I found this wild plant. The flowers of this Gletang plant are quite beautiful in my eyes so I was interested in photographing some of the flowers. The Gletang flower itself consists of brownish red flower petals, the flower corolla is white while the pistil and stamens are yellow.
