Seems kind of wild to me that well over six years have passed since I started posting on here. In that time we've come a long ways from the bidbot and single image post days, can't say that I much miss them. After all those years of posting though, sometimes feel like I've reached the 'words expended' point.
It's easy enough with fresh photos to come up with something to say but after revisiting a subject a time or two it starts to feel repetitive. Still have my doubts anyone reads these regularly enough to be bored of them but I still know the score.
Lately it's been alternating between heatstroke weather and severe thunderstorms, so there's not been much in the way of fresh photos to edit. Been picking through the archives instead, taking a break from people to mess with critters and flowers.
It's a nice change of pace, people get so heavy sometimes.
It's a lot easier to find the words when you're agitated about something and want to rant, but aside from groundhogs and poison ivy it's hard to get agitated about flora and fauna.
Oopsie daisy. With as much time as I spend in the yard getting it to bloom, should probably take more photos of it. Still, you've got to set boundaries somewhere.
Otherwise you'll end up going nuts...
