Hello friends who love black and white photography.
Less than a week ago I visited a town called Alamar, it is located to the east of Havana, approximately an hour and a half away from where I live.
Hola amigos amantes de la fotografía en blanco y negro.
Hace menos de una semana visité un pueblo llamado Alamar , se encuentra al este de la Habana, aproximadamente a una hora y media de viaje de dónde vivo.
It was the first time that I would go to that part of Havana, although the truth is that I already knew something in advance about what I could find.
Because it was a weekday I found a town in silence, I could hear the sound of birds and some voice in the distance of a resident. The reality, I found an empty and peaceful town that invited me to walk it for almost an hour without even taking a single image.
Era la primera vez que iría a esa parte de la Habana, aunque la verdad es que algo ya sabía de antemano sobre lo que me podría encontrar.
Por ser un día entre semana me encontré un pueblo en silencio, podía escuchar el sonido de los pájaros y alguna voz a lo lejos de un poblador. La realidad, me encontré con un pueblo vacío y pacífico que me invitó a caminarlo por casi una hora sin ni siquiera sacar una sola imagen.
After the walk I arrived at the coast (in the northern part of the island where I am) a few fishermen and some nature, some trees and some dry grass welcomed me to take out my camera and this is where everything started.
Después de la caminata llegué a la costa (en es la parte norte de la isla donde me encuentro) algunos pocos pescadores y algo de naturaleza , algunos árboles y un poco de pasto seco me dieron la bienvenida ya a sacar mi cámara y es aquí donde todo empezó.
The vegetation of the place was dry, the grass the same along with some small flowers that made the feeling of being there something wonderful.
So I took photographs in a relatively short space of everything that caught my attention.
La vegetación del lugar estaba seca, el pasto igual junto a unas pequeñas flores que hacían de la sensación de estar allí algo maravillosa.
Entonces realicé fotografías en relativamente corto espacio a todo lo que me llamaba la atención.
A dry bush, behind the sea and the houses that are on the other shore.
Un arbusto seco , por detrás el mar y las casas que se encuentran a la otra orilla.
One of the large trees that I found in the place, curious about its shape and because it has more leaves on one side, it should be due to the direction of the sun.
Uno de los árboles grandes que me encontré en el lugar, curioso por la forma y por tener más hojas por uno de los lados, debiera ser por la dirección del sol.
The path: Dry grass and on both sides small yellow flowers, a wonderful detail of nature, one of those simple and at the same time truly wonderful little things in life.
El camino: Pasto seco y a ambos lados pequeñas flores amarillas, un detalle de la naturaleza maravilloso, una de esas pequeñas cosas de la vida sencillas y a la vez realmente maravillosas .
The other side of the shore, Cojimar, separated by the water that forms a small bay, on the left some fishermen do their work early.
El otro lado de la orilla , Cojimar, separados por el agua que forma una pequeña bahía, a la izquierda algunos pescadores realizan desde temprano su trabajo.
The young fisherman I met a young and kind fisherman, although he didn't give me time to talk for a long time with the post because he was already leaving when I arrived.
He told me that in that place you could take some beautiful photos of the sunset and that it was generally a bit difficult to fish with his rod but that he tried to do it that way, sometimes for entertainment and other times out of necessity.
El joven pescador. Me encontré con un joven y amable pescador aunque no me dió tiempo a hablar mucho tiempo con el puesto que yase estaba al ir cuando yo llegué.
Me comentó que en ese lugar se podían hacer unas fotos hermosas del atardecer y que por lo general resultaba un poco difícil pescar con su Bara pero que así todo el intentaba hacerlo , unas veces por entretenimiento y algunas otras por necesidad.
To finish I would like to leave you some photos that I took of the place, if you walked a bit you would reach the entrance where we can see the signs for the boats at night and also a bit of the coastal vegetation, the stone and fauna of the place, some prey birds.
Para terminar me gustaría dejarle algunas fotos que le realicé al lugar, si caminaba un poco llegaba a la entrada donde podemos observar la señalización para los barcos en la noche y también un poco de la vegetación de costa , la piedra y fauna del lugar , algunas aves de rapiña.
I also made a self-portrait in the place where I was photographing using my shadow that was projected on the sea and the rocks.
All photos were taken with a Canon 6d Mark 2 and a 50mm lens, development was done later in Lightroom CC 2022.

También realicé un autorretrato en el lugar donde estaba fotografiando usando la sombra mía que se proyectaba en el mar y las rocas.
Todas las fotos fueron tomadas con una Canon 6d Mark 2 y un lente 50 mm , el revelado fué realizado posteriormente en Lightroom CC 2022
