This time, the site visited was Plaza Vieja, located in the Historic Center of Old Havana, declared a World Heritage Site in 1982. A square that impeccably preserves its almost original composition and is a spectacular example of the coexistence of different architectural periods. On one of its corners is the so-called Beer House, a unique project by the Historian's Office that not only quenches the thirst of passersby with its light, dark, and stout beers, but also allows them to learn about and experience the entire brewing process—because the beer is brewed on-site.
