Today I want to talk about Irenis Milagro, one of the highest performing athletes in my province, the sport in which she has excelled is swimming, in her short career has achieved numerous gold, silver and bronze lauros, but mostly gold. It has been measured in national and provincial level competitions. Today he is in Havana preparing physically in the school of high performance athletes to participate in international events and to fulfill his dreams.
Many myths about sports and women excite, some say that they disfigure their physical form thanks to training, to some extent it is real, but also makes them beautiful, that was the case of Irenis.
When I was a child you had a genetic deformity that leaned your shoulders forward, but over time the sport made them take their place. I don’t know if it was a coincidence or a doctor’s recommendation, but it worked for them perfectly.
Today she is a beautiful young woman with a very promising future and I hope to see them someday measuring themselves in the world arena and I will be very proud of her.
I want to add that you have very concerned and very kind parents and have always kept in touch with us after your session and were extremely grateful for our work, and I look forward to communicating with them for many more years.

Hoy les quiero hablar de Irenis Milagro, una de las atletas de más alto rendimiento de mi provincia, el deporte en el que se ha destacado es la natación, en su corta carrera ha alcanzado numerosos lauros de oro, plata y bronce, pero mayormente oro. Se ha medido en competiciones de nivel nacional como provinciales. Hoy se encuentra en la Habana preparándose físicamente en la escuela de atletas de alto rendimiento para poder participar en eventos internacionales y poder cumplir sus sueños.
Emocionan muchos mitos sobre el deporte y las mujeres, algunos dicen que desfiguran su forma física gracias a los entrenamientos, en cierta medida es real, pero también los hace hermosos, ese fue el caso de Irenis.
Cuando era una niña tenías una deformidad genética que le inclinaba sus hombros hacia adelante, pero con el paso del tiempo el deporte hizo que fueran tomando su lugar. No sé si fue pura coincidencia o recomendación del médico, pero les funciono a la perfección.
Hoy es una bella joven con un futuro muy prometedor y espero verlas algún día midiéndose en la arena mundial y estaré muy orgulloso de ella.
Quiero agregar que tiene unos padres muy preocupados y muy amable y siempre han mantenido la comunicación con nosotros luego de haber realizado su sesión y quedaron sumamente agradecidos con nuestro trabajo, y espero mantener comunicación con ellos muchos años más.
