The advantage of having the camera on you is that the chances of getting the right moment are increased. The disadvantage (depending on the lens) is the distance you are at. In my case, I was in a car, in the passenger seat. I saw a juggler at a traffic light, and I had literally a few seconds to take several pictures of someone who lives from art, I don't know if with tears or blood, but definitely and literally with sweat, and not only for being under the strong rays of the sun but for working with balance, precision and agility, while drivers and passers-by go about their business. Some stop their hustle and bustle to watch their skills. That pause, from the every day, from the normal, from blindness, is, for me, art. And this time he looked at me.

La ventaja de tener la cámara encima, es que la posibilidades de conseguir el momento indicado, se elevan. La desventaja (dependiendo del lente), es la distancia en la que te encuentras. En mi caso, estaba en un carro, de copiloto. Vi a un malabarista en un semáforo, y tuve literalmente pocos segundos para hacer varias fotos de alguien que vive del arte, no sé si con lágrimas o sangre, pero definitivamente y literalmente con sudor, y no solo por estar bajo los fuertes rayos del sol, sino por trabajar con equilibrio, precisión y agilidad, mientras los conductores y transeúntes andan en lo suyo. Algunos detienen su ajetreo para contemplar sus habilidades. Esa pausa, de lo cotidiano, de lo normal, de la ceguera, es para mí, arte. Y esta vez me miró.
