Hello everyone, my friends in the black and white community. It's me, Menti, and I'm back with another photography session and blog post. One of my friends recently joined the military and, as a requirement to blend in with the army's look and style, had to cut his hair short. The funny thing is, he ended up looking incredibly similar to Kylian Mbappé, the Real Madrid player. We only noticed this striking resemblance after his first mid-term leave. Hussein is currently visiting us, and I thought I'd take some cool photos of him. I've edited a few of the interesting shots and I'm excited to share them with you.
So, join me, friends. Our first photo features our Mbappé. He's standing in a wintery setting, wearing a fur coat. I used rim lighting and asked him to turn his right shoulder towards the camera, looking down thoughtfully. The buzz cut, which is a really trendy hairstyle, suits him perfectly. Joining the army turned out to be a great decision for us, as it led to this discovery and these amazing photos.
The next photo shows him in a confident pose, hands folded, exuding an incredible sense of self-assurance. His gaze is directly at the camera, creating a strong eye contact.And now, the third image, which is my personal favorite in this series. It has a special mood and a close-up frame, creating a dramatic and introspective feel. The black and white format emphasizes the model's thoughts without any distractions. We continued the shoot with two more portraits, adding a touch of smile and happiness.
Hussein is one of my best friends and students in photography. We've been apart for a while now while he finishes his military service. I hope we can get together again soon.
