The method of making such photos requires having photos with special features, which I will tell you below.
First you need to have a photo of a subject with a white background.

What should be done to create the initial photo?

: First Stage :
The lighting method is that you shine a light on your bright background, and no light on the subject.
Or you can use Photoshop to select the subject and make it completely dark and place it on a bright white background.
In the following, it is supposed to use this photo as the main background and place another photo in the heart of the next photo.
I took this photo in profile, which I think is better, but for example, if a bodybuilder comes to you with indicators such as waist and armpits, you can also record the photo on the camera and the full face.
Second stage :
Choose the next photo with a background that is dark around it, because this photo is in the previous photo, it is better that the color around it is the same as our color, so in this photo that is done in black and white to be done, you can use black background.
Well, now it's time to place the second photo in the right place of the first photo, and from the blending mode section, try different modes, I think the lighting mode, which keeps only the bright parts of the photo, is suitable for this section.
Last stage :
The last part is putting the text on the photo, which, of course, has nothing to do with making a double exposure.
And you can do it with any font you want, it's completely tasteful.
One of the tips that you can use with the eraser is the parts that you cannot remove from the photo composition.
