Hello friends, how is your week going so far?
Today's post is a continuation of the series I shared with you yesterday, where the morning lights were the protagonist and everything that was revealed along the way. Personally, I believe that every city has its mysteries, especially those with a deep historical legacy. Here, we are no exception, which is what makes taking photos at that moment (between the two lights), that is, at dawn, so appealing.
These snapshots 📸 are my submission for the #monomad challenge by @monochromes and @brumest.
It gives you the creeps to walk down the streets or just sit on a corner where there might be more chances for a photo, and suddenly faces appear reflected on the wall, silhouettes coming and going.
There are streets that are sunny and others that are permanently in the shade, depending on their orientation and the height of the buildings.
Here, people have learned to overcome the darkness and make the most of it, which is why there is a discreet flow of traffic during those hours of semi-darkness.
I would like to imagine that the builders of that era had all these issues in mind. Colonial architecture is so magnificent, with its facades and impressive columns, that they must also have taken light and shadow into account.
In the end, everything comes to light, the darkness dissipates, giving way once again to that daily hustle and bustle where others take center stage.

Hola amigos, ¿qué tal el inicio de semana?
La publicación de hoy es continuación de la serie que ayer les compartí, donde fueron las luces de la mañana, la protagonista y todo lo que iba revelando a su camino. En lo personal, considero que cada ciudad tiene su misterio, y más aquellas con un profundo legado histórico. Por aquí no escapamos de ello, por lo que hace tan atractivo hacer fotos en ese momento (entre las dos luces), o sea, el amanecer.
Da una sensación escalofriante caminar por las calles o simplemente sentarse en una esquina donde puede haber más posibilidades de una foto y de pronto van apareciendo rostros reflejados en la pared, siluetas que van y vienen.
Hay calles de sol y otras que permanentemente están a la sombra, depende de su orientación y la altura de sus viviendas.
Aquí las personas le han sabido ganar a la oscuridad, sacarle provecho, por eso hay un discreto tránsito a esas horas de semi oscuridad.
Quisiera imaginar que los constructores de esa época tenían todas estas cuestiones en mente. Es tan magnífica la arquitectura colonial con sus fachadas, esas columnas impresionantes que también debieron tener en cuenta el tema luz y sombra.
Al final, todo va saliendo a la luz, la oscuridad se disipa dando lugar nuevamente a ese ajetreo diario donde son otros los protagonistas.
