I've noticed that since I've been immersed in the task of finding visual stories on the street to share with the community, I've become much more disciplined, and not only that, but my level of patience and concentration has also improved. I'm very happy because these are signs that I'm on the right track. Sometimes I lose my patience a little, to be honest, because when I'm ready to take the photo, someone walks in front of me or interrupts me, but hey, that's part of the job. Before, I would have said something rude, but honestly, not anymore. That's very positive.
These snapshots 📸 are my submission for the #monomad challenge by @monochromes and @brumest.
For example, look what happened to me with this man: I had been sitting there for a while, looking for the right shot and waiting for a classic car to pass by, and just when one finally did, he got right in the way.
Things don't always turn out perfectly, the way you wanted them to, but there is a lot of beauty in that imperfection and, in the end, it turns out better than we had planned, because that spontaneity of the unpredictable gives the photograph the touch it needed.
That's why I always let the street surprise me. Of course, I go with a strategy of what I would like to do, but there is always an element of surprise and chance that is present and inevitable.
In short, the main thing is to have fun, enjoy yourself with friends, and try to make everything turn out as well as possible, while always being aware that anything can happen, but everything is for the best. That's my philosophy, and so far, it's worked wonders for me.

Hola, amigos, ¿qué tal? ¿Cómo les va?
He notado que, desde que me he enfrascado en la tarea de encontrar historias visuales en la calle para compartir con la comunidad, me he vuelto mucho más disciplinado, y no solo eso, sino que además mi nivel de paciencia y concentración ha mejorado. Me alegra muchísimo porque son síntomas de que voy por buen camino. A veces pierdo un poco la paciencia, la verdad, porque cuando estoy listo para hacer la foto, alguien pasa por delante o me interrumpe, pero bueno, son cosas del oficio. Antes les habría dicho barbaridades, pero sinceramente ya no. Eso es muy positivo.
Por ejemplo, mira lo que me pasó con este señor: llevaba rato sentado buscando el encuadre y esperando a que pasara un coche clásico por el lugar, y justo cuando por fin pasó, se metió justo en medio.
No siempre sale todo perfecto, como uno lo quería, pero en esa imperfección hay mucha belleza y, al final, queda mejor de lo que lo habíamos planificado, porque esa espontaneidad de lo impredecible le da el toque que necesitaba la fotografía.
Por eso siempre dejo que la calle me sorprenda. Claro que voy con una estrategia de lo que me gustaría hacer, pero siempre hay un factor sorpresa y casual que está presente y es inevitable.
En resumen, lo principal es pasarlo bien, disfrutar con los amigos y tratar de que todo salga lo mejor posible, aunque siempre siendo consciente de que puede pasar cualquier cosa, pero todo es para bien. Esa es mi filosofía y, hasta ahora, me ha funcionado de maravilla.
