This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.
See you again in the Black and White community, on this occasion I will post some photos of flowers which are rare in the world, this flower is only found on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia, after I searched for information about this flower, I didn't get many articles about this flower in English and most of the articles about this flower in Indonesian so this flower is called corpse flower or in Indonesian it is called suweg.
I quoted sources from Wikipedia, Kibut or giant carrion flower or giant suweg, Amorphophallus titanum Becc., is a plant from the taro tribe (Araceae) ) is endemic to Sumatra, Indonesia, which is known as a plant with the largest (compound) flowers in the world, although records state that its relative, A. gigas (also endemic to Sumatra) can produce flowers up to 5m high. Kibut is also called carrion flower because the flowers smell like rotting carcasses, which are actually meant to invite beetles and flies to pollinate the flowers.
That's all from me in this post in the black and white community, thank you for your attention.
