For this day, a quiet Saturday, I'm showing you this series of photos, which is mostly a random selection of images. Of course, they have nothing to do with each other, but are simply different motifs. They range from certain shots of my cats at home, to some compositional elements like water droplets on the windows, to some portraits of my wife, one backlit and the other a profile of her face. In all cases, they are photographs with different themes but with the same interpretation of the black and white that characterizes them. In some, I almost apply the same technique, and in others, I simply capture the essence of the scenes.
Although I originally wanted to publish a series of photos of my wife, I'll leave that for another day. However, I only published two images from that session, which actually had a better focus in color. Although that doesn't mean it can be manipulated in black and white, in a certain way, it can also be harmonized in that sense. Therefore, it's all part of an approach and interpretation of the visual in front of all these images.
I'm always attentive to everything I see, even when I'm at home where there's very little light. When I manage to find an interesting image, I usually capture it with a higher setting on the camera or even using the flash, something I don't usually use much because almost all my photos are outdoors, but hey, there's always a time when everything has to be modified.
All photographs are my own.
