Your response to your adversary, it matters.
What do I mean by this?
The Lord led me to the scripture, be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to wrath.
Your persecutor, your enemy, they seek a reckless response from you, which is why it is so important to exercise caution when it comes to your reaction.
When you become quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to wrath, you will become more sensitive to the Holy Spirit. The Lord told me this morning that the wicked have no rest.
So if God is not allowing them to rest, God is not allowing them to have peace, why are you giving them an impulsive response?
The last thing that the Spirit of the Lord said to me was be wise as a serpent, but harmless. Your enemies will do and say anything just to get a negative response out of you. Be wise in this season.
