As the markets rumble and tumble, im getting a workout because im a man on a mission. To build up the body, to build up the mind, and to build up our accounts. The hardfork is here, with some updates. Global tensions, and economic turmoil continues. All while the world still has to move forward.
Im winding down currently but i just got in a few sets. Using this 60 pound curlbar to do a few different exercises. Im not super hardcore, im still in a beginning phase sort of. I can do just a few sets worth, maybe 10 to 15 mins worth, especially because i am going to try and sleep for a few hours before work. The dreaded work. Got called off last night so i got to sleep at night like a normal person. But theres no breaks right now as my plan is to work extra hours for the rest of this year, which means about 50 to 60 hours a week, probably a 50 hour a week average.

Biceps and Back
Thats right, im gettin in your face with this one. Basically like a row. Pulling the weight up a little, working out the biceps and back. Getting up to do another set right now. Its heavy for me but im stronger than i was a few months ago so i can handle it.
Triceps, Shoulder, Chest
One of my favorite exercises, just hold in this rest position, and just push up. Le me get up and do another set now.

Squat
Im looking at this picture and thinking it looks funny...but screw it. Youre my Hive family. Gives me motivation to do more reps, to build up these skinny legs. Doing a shot of protein powder too. Taking my daily vitamin/supplement that is also meant to help keep from losing more hair.
Its a good year to keep beastin during this economic downturn. If things align well, and if i can keep slaying debts, then i will hopefully be more free while im still young.
