For many years I have been on and off with working out. Always feels good to keep a good routine, of at least 2 or 3 workouts a week for me. Was a time about 10 years ago when i had a good hym roytine with my buddy, but i developed a bad stomach ulcer at that time, that ruptured, and required surgery. Which since i have healed decently, just not ever 100%.
In regards to working out in past few years, on and off, but just these past 2 or 3 months ive been fairly consistent. Ive never been able to build huge like Arnold, but for my skeleton and body, im in decent shape. Like Bruce Lee, call me Quack Lee.
Here i have an old curl bar that used to be my fathers, bless his soul. With four 15 pound weights, equals about 60 pounds total. Which is pretty heavy for me, but I insist on making my first workout post and picked a random community to post in.
Ill try some curls, and will move on to some shoulder press. Not counting and not keeping super official. I just try to do as many reps as i can safely, and ill repeat a few times, le me get to a set right now.
Im stressin about life, society, financial situation, but i realize im in the same boat as a lot of people. Work is good, and i have to maintain the same routine. Keeping up health is important so that i can hit the heach and hang out with some babes soon. If its a crypto winter for a while, thats fine cuz i need to stack up and do it right this time.
Its 4am here in the states, watching some of my favorite youtube vloggers. Traveling, different countries, culture is badass. We are all on a journey

Ahhhhh, get that heart rate back under control. Did a few pushups off the bar too. Will do just another couple sets and call it a day. Maybe take a scoop of this protein powder i have sitting around.
