Add Sinks To SLP
i've been thinking a lot on how to improve the #axs tokenomics system and how to add tangible value to the #SLP token (outside in game utility). The idea is quite straightforward and I'll try to elaborate on why.
The problem I find to be the biggest are the people who came for the pure profit. Of course it's not to blame them, the whole marketing strategy was actually played around that concrete unique value proposition.
However, there's a lot of selling pressure on the market as more and more people share the same vision - play to earn, then dump that on the market. Which is fine, but for the long term growth I don't think it's healthy.
First Solution
Those who don't hold a certain amount of either #SLP or #AXS shouldn't be able to withdraw funds immediately. For instance, allow them to withdraw 25% - 33% on a monthly bases. Some will dislike the idea, but it's fair to all the builders who invested their time and money in order to make the community great.
It may reduce the number of players (short term), but those who remain will continue to the game forward, thus deserve to be incentivised when the price reverses.
Introduce Ad system
And while many will argue how ads destroy UX, I personally think it's viable way of gaining an additional income. Money that comes in should be used to buyback and burn #SLP.
Here's a chart of how much #SLP is being burned versus how much is being minted.

Forcing PVP ought to be a good idea, and I still think it is, but the charts doesn't lie. We're currently witnessing a lot more minting, meaning that the inflation is outscaling deflation.
That's not good though.
I'm not sure if the #Axs team aims on the community to add sinks to the #SLP, in terms of currency being used outside the native platform, but I wouldn't mind seeing restrictions to the new/old players.
Date Account
Allow full withdrawal for the accounts older then 3/6 months. At least force the players to see beyond incentives, #Axs community has a lot more to offer.
That's what I like about #Hive.
You can't just come here and get everything liquid. Why would stakeholders allow anyone to drain the value out without any commitment?
I though it to be retarded when I first came, but after approaching it objectively, it simply makes sense.
The Game
I really love to play the game and am both committed and addicted to the community as a whole. We have something tangible here and it would be a shame to see reduced growth for trivial reasons.
And while I understand that the team is perhaps artificially stagnating beforehand expansion, there should be different mechanics added, regardless of the current situation, weather it be positive or negative.
There's to much value created.
Wonder how it'll look like once we connect #Axs and #Hive.
There will be no project to compete.
