It's that wonderful time of year again, time for journal writing challenge month. And we're ready for this year of National Journal Posting Month!
Originally established as a November challenge we'll be moving our challenge to October to join the National Journal Writing Month Challenge - NaJoWriMo. While NaJoWriMo hosts challenges throughout the year we're here for the fall only.
National Journal Posting Month is all about journal writing every day for an entire month with the added accountability of posting your entry daily. Repetition and consistency are the keys to building a habit. And this is the perfect challenge to help whether you're just starting out journaling or trying to get back into it.
Here's how it works:
- Grab your favorite notebook or journal, and pens. Digital journals work too!
2. Write an entry, draw an entry, or create your own style of journal entry every day from October 1st - 31st. There's no right way or wrong way to journal.
