So finally, after almost a year of living in El Salvador, we sold our beach. We had to put our beautiful paradise beach lot for sale in order for us to move to El Salvador and make a living there.
We loved our beach, and we were sad to let it go, but we had to sacrifice something, to start making a living in El Salvador.
We could have build a resort on our beach, which was our plan and make a living that way, which all of our family wanted us to do, but without any money, that was impossible, plus we have always wanted to get our own land to grow our own food and have animals, so here we are.
Sometimes you have to sacrifice something in order to get what you want.
We loved the beach life. So free, so relaxing and so beautiful. Surrounded by this gorgeous nature, with clean air, absolutely breathtaking sunsets and full moon night walks on the beach.
We have had made amazing memories here in our beach community, where we have met a lot of good friends, over so many years. This was really, our dream when we first moved here, to live on the beach and have a resort for everyone to enjoy this gorgeous beach, especially our family and friends, which some of them did.
Living on the beach with our boys for about 4-5 months (when we had our house) were the most memorable and most beautiful memories we have shared, and are forever grateful. They will never be forgotten.
The thing is that there are not many places in El Salvador where you can just go to the public beach and enjoy the beach, like in Canada or the US.
The only way you pretty much have the access to the beach is through a business, like a restaurant or resort, which you have to pay your way to it, plus those places are more busy, while our beach was all private and with not too many people around, which was amazing.
And that is why this beach meant so much to us, especially since this is where we started our new journey of our lives is El Salvador, since the first time we went there, in 2008.
But our plans have changed, and God has given us this opportunity to move on to other, bigger things in our life, which we are very grateful for.
One thing for sure, we really feel much safer in the mountains, than on the beach, and after we lost our first house on the beach, we were pretty scared to start building on the beach again, and I guess, that was the real reason, we didn't build on this beach property for all these years.
Like I said, we feel really blessed to had this beautiful opportunity to experience life on the beach and it's amazing nature, and now we get to experience life in the mountains, with also gorgeous nature.
Hope you enjoyed my little "Good bye beach" story.

I am a great supporter of @familyprotection which is working very hard to help the families stay together and this project is the most
amazing project that I would suggest for everyone in this hive community to check it out and support it and by doing it we are helping people in need who are trying to keep their kids safe from being taken away (kidnapped) by the Social Services. Here is the link Click here
