Hola queridos amigos que hacen vida en esta comunidad, estoy muy contenta de estar por primera vez con ustedes dónde les compartiré las fobias que tengo a ciertas cosas y que lastimosamente aquejan mi vida.
Me uní a esta iniciativa por el bloguero @ochitoalreves y la gente de @espavlog , la cual me pareció especial para compartir por lo cual invito a mi hija @alesquisa18 y a todo aquel que guste hacerlo, acá les dejo el link.
Para los que no tienen claro que es una Fobia es el temor intenso e irracional de carácter enfermizo hacia una persona, cosa o situación.
La mayoría de las personas suelen tener el mismo temor por las mismas cosas, las mías en particular son las siguientes:
✓ Claustrofobia: Temor obsesivo ante los recintos o espacios cerrados que pueden derivar una enfermedad como la ansiedad, tensión alta, otros.
✓ Acrofobia: Temor irracional a las alturas que puede ocasionar mareos, taquicardia,sudoración excesiva, otros.
✓ Nictofobia: Miedo irracional causado por los peligros que nos acechan en la oscuridad; tanto en entornos abiertos como cerrados.
✓ Ornitofobia: Miedo irracional a los pájaros, aunque realmente es a todos los animales de pico,que puede desatar ansiedad, crisis de angustia.
Por allí dicen que las fobias se superan afrontándolas a eso que te da mucho miedo, cosa que es muy difícil.
